• As candidate requirements are developed they are posted to the Recruiting Data Base engine for listing on the website and distribution to the social networks and job boards.
• Each day Aspiration recruiters reviews the changes in the Recruiting Data Base and new candidate applications received.

Identification and Evaluation

Each new candidate is screened against the standard Candidate profile . At every step in the screening process decisions are made as to candidate suitability. The steps are defined by the process defined in the Recruiting Data Base Engine:

For those candidates who are not selected, their resumes are saved in the data base for future opportunities.

Presentation

Frequently the Prime Contractor or Agency end-user requires an interview with the selected candidate. As part of the recruiting process, Aspiration Software recruiters will prepare the candidate for the interview with a review of the job description and details about the Agency assignments.

In all cases the candidate’s resume will be reformatted into the standard Aspiration Software LLC or contract required format.

Follow-up

For every job requisition and candidate placement Aspiration Software performs an after action review of the hiring and assimilation process with both the client and candidate to ensure quality service was provided throughout the process to better prepare for subsequent searches.
